...so many questions... what is a luncheon format? is it a buffet? is it lunch or dinner? Can you have a luncheon format dinner? A luncheon format wine sampling? Dessert sampling? Dessert thing with wine and appetisers in luncheon format? Aren't chocolate fountains and cupcakes also desserts?

I want finger style cocktail foods, or is that food style cocktail fingers, it’s very confusing.
