The list of Ontario grocery stores allowed to sell beer and cider (and some that sell wine) has just been expanded and here is a good list of the stores in the area.
It's not on the list or on the site, but the Superstore on Richmond in Westboro has a spanking new beer and wine section. I didn't have time to check it out thoroughly, but the selection seemed pretty good.
The grocery store roll out for beer has been done in stages as licenses are granted. That, and the fact that some chains split their licenses to two locations, often means that the official lists are not updated or complete. Happy hunting!
