I found a recipe online, but im not sure where to find these ingredients.

Pasilla chile
Costeņa chile
guajillo chile
New Mexico chile
serrano peppers

Would anyone have an idea on where i could fine these?

- Bytown fruits and vegetables (dried chillies at the back left side of store).
- I think I have also seen the guajillo at Loblaws.
- Mercado Latino on Montreal road.

La Tiendita on Merivale has a good selection of dried chillies. They can also be found at Grace in the Kitchen in Kanata.

I buy all of these but the serranos at Mercado Latino, and if you ever need arbols (the leftovers from what you listed, plus arbol, would do well for Texas chili) they usually have plenty at Loblaws/YIG/Superstore.

A good source for these, and chipotles, as well, is La Colonia, corner of Richelieu and LaFontaine, just off Montreal Road. They also make killer BBQ pork on the weekends.
