Common Eatery had a fun interactive station with tasting of pomegranate, jalapeņo gelato and liquid nitrogen cocktail (loved the presentation:))) tasty too
Flavorwise - one of Fauna's was among my favourites bright cucumber and chili flavours:)))) As well as the delightful drink and food Combo from Ace Mercado - tasty mini taco style bite with a delicious "hamaikame crazy" sip of tequila, hibiscus and jalapeņo. Great combination!
Datsun had a notably vibrant and colourful tiki style booth with flavourful drink and delightful presentation.
Foodwise - as noted above loved ace mercado tasty mini taco, some booths just had peanuts:( at least when I went, many had more creative bites and yummy bites including a deconstructed pogo, delightful smoked salmon, blinis and blinis.
There were many other great booths (pretty full event so didn't have the chance to take photos of everything;) It will be interesting to see the results of the competition (events also ongoing in other cities including Toronto and Montreal I think)
