Where can I find Biscoff cookies in Ottawa? [Food/Vendor]

I'm guessing you would find them at Bakker's General Store and Dutch Groceries and Giftware
I have bought the tasty Lotus brand spread made with those cookies (known as cookie butter to many) at Bakker's.

If you want to buy a lot of the Lotus cookies I know Euro Excellence/Chocodirect in Montreal used to sell them online, but they are still updating their website.
So you would need to order by phone.
Isn't this the same brand that makes the Speculaas? spread?
Swiss pastries in Billings might have them too, have not checked lately.
But almost all the stores mentioned here get their European foods from Euro Excellence/Chocodirect.
Also Walmart online sells a lot of European cookies-but I mostly buy Italian cookies at Walmart online.
