Does anyone know where I can buy this? I know that Nicastro's on Merivale does not.

They used to carry it as that is where I found it but it was labelled in English - extract of wildflower (labelled artificial though). The brand name was Valle. The only other location I've found it was King Arthur Flour in Vermont. The won't ship across the border (or didn't a few years ago) so I picked some up when travelling in the are.

Yes, I thought that just for a lark I would try my hand at Panneton. If no one chimes in with where to buy it, I will send you a PM and arrange to get some from you. Too bad I had not thought of it earlier as I placed an order with KAF just before Christmas and am not likely to be ordering from them again any time soon. Thank you.
