Where is the best west Indian grocery in Ottawa? bonus points if centrally located! I'm looking for salt fish. Thanks :)

Grace International on Bank has a lot of good stuff, less central are Montego Bay in Orleans, and Cool Runnings on Ogilvie.

Grace changed ownership and they don't have nearly as much as they used to. There's a place on Richmond called Mugena which is pretty good and then another place on St Laurent called Geeland (I think). Both have a decent selection of West Indian products

You can buy salt fish at regular grocery stores.

I get most of my West Indian stuff at Food Basics with only the rarest of items at Mugena.
