* Somen Noodle with 2 home-made dipping sauces
* Braised Pork (Buta no Kakuni)
* Stir-fried tofu with chicken and vegetables (Iri Tofu)
* Creamy sesame dressing salad
* Ohagi, Japanese sweet made with sweet rice and sweet red bean paste
We will be sampling everything as we make it and usually there is more to take home so bring along take-home containers.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before the class and payment can be made by cash or cheque on arrival. If paying by cheque, please make it out to: OJCC (Ottawa Japanese Cultural Centre)
Cancellations must be made before May 27th so we can accommodate all requests. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not attend, payment will be expected.
