Smoked to the Bone BBQ Competition takes place this year at the newly renamed Capital (formerly Gloucester) Fair Saturday, August 23rd. On Saturday there will be a People's Choice event whereby you can buy tickets to taste the various participant's pulled pork. Tickets are sold in multiples of 5 tickets for $5.00 and each serving costs 1ticket or $1.00. This will start at 2:00PM and last until 4:00 PM. If you want to taste real bbq, I encourage you to come out and sample the various offerings. You will also be able to vote for your favourite dish.
