Wow, I saw the Bourdain show on Montreal this weekend where he went to Picard's Cabane a Sucre. I said to my better half that I'm sure all that food is not what they serve to everybody. Apparently it is. Wow.

yeah I did see the show...it is pretty similar beside the snow ball of ice and the maple sugar tower had extra stuff...but overall all we got everything you saw on TV...you eat so much its ridiculous. we brought lots back home.

Anyone else get a confirmation for apple season??? Pretty excited!

So who's down for maple season? Anyone know when confirmations usually go out? I always panic a bit that I screwed up my contact info after submitting these things!

I submitted my info on midnight Saturday. Waiting to hear back but I hear it can take up to a month before getting the confirmation.

They just tweeted that people should know before Christmas.
