Scandinavian food [General]

Are there any groceries in Ottawa that sell Scandinavian food? I am familiar with Ikea's grocery area (love the meatballs and the lingonberries), but looking for a store that sells really good Swedish flatbread, cookies or cakes, different types of herring etc.

Thanks!

I've been to the annual bazaar of the Danish Club at Britannia, and in addition to crafts, they have beautiful open faced sandwiches and tables of scandinavian home made and commercially made food products. I have a few pickled melon pieces left from a jar I bought last year. It's not till November, but here's where you'll find the information danishclubottawa.com/events/

You could probably phone the Swedish Embassy. Or the Svenska Club has some tips for you: www.svenskaklubbenottawa.ca
