That's sad. Hopefully they are able to rebuild and still keep that same feel of the old place.

If you want to help them weather this tragedy, please patronize their other business, Alice's Village Cafe. It's a good place too!

So sad, it's a great pub. I didn't realize they also own Alices.

Don't worry, they've posted to facebook and twitter that they'll be back. They recently completed a big reno and its always full. Once the insurance goes through I'm sure the shovels will be in the ground by spring.

Do feel sorry for the staff that will either be out of work, or will need to find something else until the rebuild can occur.

Wish I could get out to Carp to show support! Speedy recoveries to all involved.
