With all of the details taken care of, you're free to have fun eating, listening, and enjoying the service and intimate vibe of the Freshly Chopped Supper Club inside your favourite Kitchen and Coffeehouse.

This episode we celebrate one of North America's most prolific cities, Detroit! It's where Chef Leroy learned and honed the secrets of southern soul food from his grandfather; it's where Berry Gordy, Mad Mike Banks and J. Dilla mastered their music; and if you've ever driven or been driven somewhere in a car then Detroit has touched your life too.

Come celebrate as Chef Leroy deals up some mindblowing menu of soulful dishes that never made it to Jean Albert's Soul Food, especially for the FCSC. To compliment the food DJ Memetic will be playing a tribute to Detroit's past, present and future of soul on the turntables!!

For those who can't make it to dinner, come by after midnight for dancing! It's $5 at the door and Chef Leroy will still be cookin'!! Expect to work off some of that delicious food as we keep it bumpin' 'till 2AM!!!
