Hello fellow foodies
I have just moved from Mexico to Ottawa and have been looking for a lot of the stuff I used to eat. What I eat the most of are fruits and veggies.
If anyone knows of a place where I can get cheap Mexican fruits and vegetables such as: Mamey, sapote, black sapote, yellow Mexican guava (this one I found on byward market but it's extremely expensive), tejocote (or Mexican hawthorn), prickly pear, hierba buena, epazote, etc.
My mom likes prickly pear or cactus pear a lot. They were on sale recently at Le Bogetta and Food Basic by the case. Someone she also find it at Superstore by the case.
