I have tried eating out a few times here in Ottawa and the food here is borderline mediocre at best. It's expensive and being a good cook I would rather go to Loblaws and buy my own ingredients to make something tasty and healthy. I had Mexican food for my birthday and it should have been called Cantina Ottawa. I have found 1 good healthy affordable spot to eat but as it is on the other side of the city, I'm at a loss. Eating out is one of my favourite things to do and I am putting out an SOS to help direct me to spots in the West End that will surprise my taste buds. PLEASE HELP. I'm craving a great dining experience.
