best burger recipe [General]

We try lots of different burger recipes and have a lot of favorites. Will dig up a beef one we love and post it later, but here is one we have perfected over the past few summers for turkey. Ground turkey can dry out easily and after trial and error, we found that these stay nice and juicy.
a pound of ground turkey, a few tbsp fresh bread crumbs, a beaten egg and one canned pear chopped into 1/4" chunks. Fresh pears don't seem to work as well. Chopped fresh rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. We grill these and top with melted swiss cheese, a bit of mayo, greens of your choice and our homemade rhubarb chutney. Have used other chutneys too, but rhubard is our favorite.

- lean beef flavoured with italian dressing, salt, pepper, and chile flakes
and then i made a pineapple salsa
- bbq sauce, onions, pineapple, beer reduced for 20 min. where the pineapple is very, very soft
- buns are buttered and seared quickly on bbq.
put together and serve 'em up.
