ottawa foodies

We are searching for a source for wholesale USDA Prime Beef in Ottawa. Even at the price premium it commands it is still worth the price but finding it in Ottawa has proven to be a real challenge.

Luxe Bistro apparently serves it but we are hoping to find a source as we prefer to cook it ourselves.

Hopefully there is a Beef Guru on the site who can share some recommendation. Many Thanks in advance. We'll be happy to report back on the results, along with photos.
