Excellent thai beef with spring rolls on noodles. Beef is lemongrassy and just the right combo of sweet and salt. Texture is perfect. Peanuts and fried onions give the right crunch. Fresh basil and lettuce makes it like Vietnamese noodles which is a good thing. Spring rolls are average but round out the meal. There was also what looked like red banana peppers but tasted more pickled but they clashed.
Also got thai green curry but it was too sweet and soupy. Good amount of spice but too much coconut to allow flavour of green curry to come through. Vendor offered another dish at 3$ off. Is that good service for a truck?
Excellent vietnamese iced coffee. One of the better ones in town. Flavorful and not just sweet.
