Whoever in their kitchen came up with the 'Outback Benny' for weekend brunch deserves a raise. And a medal. Possibly canonization.

Waffles and sausage patties pressed flat'ish, with two poached eggs and surrounded by a delivious beans/ham salad thing, with awesome gravy over the whole mess... SO good i wanted to eat it again while i was still eating it.

The SHLAG is already one of our fave brunch places, but now and then they seriously raise their game to the next level.
