hi-ya Kombu (cool moniker, btw),

the izakaya reference didn't strike me at first, until the food started rolling out. And then it was "oh, cool!"

to be honest, i was a tiny worried we'd be dining in an austere setting, w/ wind-chimes and Buddhist statuettes. Nothing wrong w/ those, but i'm happy (on your behalf) w/ what you've pulled off...

and, hmmm, sochu!
