I consider myself a pretty serious home cook who particularly enjoys entertaining friends, and I am always looking for new ideas and ingredients to keep me inspired in the kitchen.

Favourite cuisines to cook include French, Spanish, Italian, and Latin American. My approach is to slightly adapt classic dishes to the ingredients that are grown or produced here. Generally speaking, I HATE FUSION CUISINE.

I take charcuterie (particularly dry cured ham) seriously and usually have a few cured items on the go.

Traveling provides a lot of inspiration for my cooking.

Tracinho did you make it to DNA this weekend? I am very curious to know how it is, I'll be in MOntreal at the end of the month and was looking for a new place to try.
