Sous vide pork cheeks [Cooking]

I want to cook some pork cheeks sous vide. I have done some googling but the temperatures and times vary wildly. If anyone has done them this way, could you please post the temperature and time you used? Thank you.

165f for about 12-24 hours until they feel soft when pinched in the bag.

Shock cold, remove and sear before serving.
