Using heat to speed up the extraction time of cold-brew coffee is genius! Makes me think I should invent a method that uses even hotter water... maybe close to 100ºC and then force it through the coffee grounds directly into the serving cup. It could be ready in less than half a minute! I'll call the drink an "Express" or something like that to emphasize the speed. 😉

Plebians. Water just dilutes the coffee. I eat them straight out of the bag with a spoon.
