Does anyone know where I can find this in Ottawa?
I would like to make malted whipped cream.

As mentioned Defalco's should have it.

Do you mean malt powder or malted milk powder, like Horlick's or Milos? If the latter, every chinese grocer and large supermarket (T&Ts for sure) has them, and I think the Mid-East Grocery on St. Laurent does too.

I'm trying to imagine malt powder whipped cream. Over lager ice cream perhaps?
