Ghost Restaurants . . . [General]

This has more to do with the UberEats model than ghost restos specifically, but I've noticed that some places jack their prices for their Uber menu.
Just a couple of quick names that I've checked:
Flapjacks Pancake House: item cost is the same
Burgers n' Fries Forever: $9 burger in store costs $11 from Uber (they don't have their prices on their website, so I got it from Zomato, which may be out of date)

There are alternatives to Uber tho. Skip the Dishes and Just Eat by example, active in Ottown long before Uber showed up.
It's not like restaurants, ghost or otherwise, are forced into dealing with Uber.
And sure, Uber has some name recog, but so what - any idiot with a smartphone or table can search six different delivery services in five minutes or less.
