I've met them and my daughter plays with their children.
Their food is really good, if you're in the Almonte, ON area keep them in mind for catering.
If you can help, I assure you that every dollar raised will be spent very wisely. The go-fundme account is run by a personal friend and will be gifted to them at Christmas.
Enough money has been raised for the liability insurance and any surplus will be used to support/grow the business.

Khedr and Nour Jarous, who recently settled in Almonte with their family, have opened a food booth at the Almonte Farmers’ Market. The Jarous offer an array of dishes with spicing and flavours unique to Syria and Lebanon, including chicken, beef and vegetarian dishes, as well as several sweet items from the region. Khedr Jarous worked as a chef in Syria before coming to Canada.
