Best Sandwiches in the East Pls? [General]

2016 Sep 29
Hello, I work in the east end of Ottawa (St. Laurent and Walkley), and I'm looking for a place that makes a decent to good sandwich, other than Subway.

So far:
- Schnitzel Works
- Chuck's Deli
- Shack's Kitchen & Deli
- 3 Sister's Bakery (one of the best, but I have a personal beef with the owner)

Any help would be appreciated!

Do you have access to a car? There is Centrale Bergham at Bank/Heron. Haven't been yet, but their posts on facebook look delicious.

Shawarma House- they have a chicken burger, but it is not ready and they only bread and cook it when you order.
They use a real chicken breast for it.

Not exactly "sandwich" but Prince Ali Bakery makes meat or vegetable pies w- cheese or no cheese.
They are served folded in half....so you could say it is a sandwich.

Super Duper pizza- the super wraps are really good. They use pizza dough, I think to make the bread/wrap part.
Do not get a large, the reg small size is enough for 2 people or 1 very hungry.
-don't get the chicken burger at Super Duper...it is really lame. It is one of those frozen things that cafeterias or food trucks sell.
(nothing wrong with it, but just not that great

Scone Witch in the Home Depot parking lot strip mall.
Their sandwiches are WRONG.
Go immediately, thank me later.

I've never had a sandwich at Schnitzel Works. Will have to look into that.
REMINDER TO SELF: go to Schnitzel works more often.
