Curious about canning and preserving food? Join Chef Emerie Brine of Bernardin Ltd while he demonstrates how easy it is to preserve harvest fruits and vegetables using the water bath technique. Pick up tricks from the expert and learn how to preserve pears, peaches and make a great chili sauce!

The presentations will be in English with a bilingual Q & A.

Did the pressure canning one on sept 1.
Decent chilli and good chicken vegetable soup bit doubt if I would shell out 150-500$ for the kit.

We were able to sample the alcohol soaked peaches and pears and they were fantastic.

A draw for several gifts and we were told to use canning books published after 1992..
