I need the help of foodies familiar with former Westboro restaurants. Could somebody please remind me of the name of the bistro that was located for many years where Agave Grill is now (at Wellington and Ross Avenue). Thanks.

Out of curiosity, I'd be interested in why you want to know ... I did some Internet sleuthing as my memory of this neighborhood does not go back that far ... how is this Opus Bistro?

Yes, The Opus Bistro.

Was there in 1989 or 1991 (wife was in last part of 3rd trimester).

A young couple had come up from Toronto to open there very first place. She told me that Ottawa was prime for growth in the 'bistro style' scene and there was less competition here. She was really nice and her name may have been Lise Giroux.
