I tried this new gin from Quebec "gin de neige" made with apple water and apple cider. Had it at chateau montebello with ice and soda water. Not the typical flavour, very unique and delicious.

The SAQ near the Casino is large and has the friendliest staff of any I've been to.

I would absolutely love if the lovely people in Gatineau could put a SAQ within reasonable bus distance to any of the bridges.
The one near the casino is the "easiest" to get to, and it's still pretty bad.

May try to venture there anyways, because this stuff sounds like it would make a really great drink.
