Looks like it's design is based on the rocket stove - see YouTube videos for more on the rocket. Some rocket stove are real beauties, and they can heat up to 1000+ deg F.
Me, I'm hoping to build a cob stove next summer, one big enough for bread and pizza. But the little stainless steel pizza oven linked to above sure looks tempting for pizzas and way easier than the cob stove, longer lasting, and might not be much more expensive to build than the cob oven.
Has anyone here built an outdoor clay pizza/bread oven?
