I just read about this Japanese dish of broiled fish off cuts and I am intrigued. Anyone make this or know a restaurant where it is available?

The French have a dish of boiled fish heads. www.whats4eats.com The fish head would be considered an off cut in France, but in Asia the fish head is a prime cut.
