Upper Canada Creamery is building a small on-farm milk processing plant in South Dundas, not far from Iroquois/Morrisburg, to process their herd's organic milk. I think initially they will be making and selling yogurt from an onsite store but I hope they will get into local stores and make their way into Ottawa stores. It'll be the first milk processing plant to open in the south half of Dundas County in more than 50 years.
