Hi, I'm looking to buy sweet potato noodles. Does anyone know where I may find them?

Most Asian grocers carry them. Also look for yam noodles - same thing.

And when you do find them, I recommend rinsing them before using them. I have in the past bought them at Metro.

I've seen them just about anywhere, but health food stores have this brand in a purple package that are half buckwheat half sweet potato.
Way, way easier on the chew.

Those sound like King Soba brand noodles, collision. They make all sorts of funky noodle combinations, like pumpkin & ginger rice noodles.

I thought this was going to be a thread about a veggie spiralizer . . . :-)
