Where can you find Irish style soda bread? [General]

Maybe in your kitchen! It's delicious and really super easy to make. :-)
Irish Soda Bread
4 cup Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
2 cup Buttermilk
Preheat oven to 450°F. This is a quick recipe – you might be ready before the oven is!
Thoroughly mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add buttermilk to make a soft, sticky dough.
Turn onto a floured surface and knead very briefly (1 minute).
Place on a floured (or parchment papered) baking sheet.
Flatten to form a round loaf, about 1.5” thick.
Cut a cross in the top with a floured knife, about 1/2” deep.
Place in oven, on a high rack, for 30-45 minutes until the bottom sounds hollow when you rap it.
If you want a soft crust, wrap immediately in a clean tea towel.
This is certainly the world's quickest bread recipe. It tastes like a scone and is fat free!

Coincidence! I just got back from Ireland last week and while there ate my weight in soda bread, so I made one this past Sunday because I was already missing it.
My recipe looks exactly like FF's except that it also calls for cream of tartar to help as as rising agent.
Anyways, I made it for my parent's in law to have with some soup I had made. We slathered it with butter and there was alot of ooing and ahhing and half the loaf went home with them :)
In Ireland you can buy it at any grocery store like a regular loaf. So not fair!
I second that's its really fast and easy to make. Enjoy!
