Stone Ground Flour? [Recipes]

Does anyone have a west side or Carleton Place area source for stone ground ground white flour? I have a medieval re-creation project I'm working on where stone ground flour would be best, but I can't get over to the mill at Upper Canada Village any time soon.

www.watsonsmill.com/Home.html in Manotick. Good stuff. Lucky for you they are open til the end of Oct. and I assume still producing stone ground local flour like in the old days. I've also bought the UCV flours at B&H Your Community Grocer in Kemptville, where the head baker is the former bake at UCV.
Best of luck with your project.

Mountain Path: mountainpath.com/about/flours/ You can find their stuff at most local health food stores and, IIRC, I've seen it in the natural foods aisle at Loblaws.
