I just spoke to my friend at MEADOWLARK RISE FARM on the topic of Black Raspberries. I thought I'd share info about the farm which is located just outside the Village of Vankleek Hill.
First I will mention that the next event held in this village is Festival of Flavours September 14 (Sunday). Beau's Octoberfest is Oct 3 & 4 (tickets have been on sale since July). For more details on the festival of flavours visit:

Farmer Justin has a stall at the HUDSON FARMERS MARKET THURSDAY 3-7PM...also at VANKLEEK HILL FARMERS MARKET SATURDAY 9AM -1PM.
You can also call Farmer Justin directly for bulk orders at: 613-678-5867
They offer a CSA program for people able to pick up in Vankleek Hill or Hudson (QC) and deliver weekly to a restaurant on Beechwood Avenue in East end of Ottawa.
