A few weeks ago I had a delicious chili chicken dish at Pixie's. It was loaded with whole red chilis and had a great depth of flavour. Anyone have a recipe they care to share with me?

It's a great little Caribbean restaurant located at. 259 York St. Everything I have had has been great and the women who run it are lovely.
