Bradley Smoker Question [General]

2014 May 18
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a Bradley digital smoker that won't get up to temp. I want 320 degrees Fahrenheit but it only goes up to 220. I have gone through the Bradley people and rewired the unit but no luck on the heat issue. Any suggestions beside the oven?

Good luck with that ... not even sure it would be possible to be honest. Why do you want it that high?

Smoking and cooking wings. I was just going on the simple premise that if it offers 320F then it should go 320F. No?

My CAR has a mark on the speedometer that it's never going to reach, too.

Mine doesn't ;-)

First thing the digital smokers are temperamental ,don't screw around with them too much. The old school.Bradley's seem more reliable. I don't think the unit is capable of reaching much over 250. I find that 2 hrs at 200-225 then finished on the grill makes the best wings I've pulled out of the Bradley yet .sorry that was 1hr in the smoker not 2. Cheers.

The easiest way to get your smoker to 320F is to sell it and get a weber smokey mountain :)
