I attended a cooking demonstration and tasting of various foods for Bento with Emi Buzza, and recommend her to anyone with an interest in Japanese homestyle cooking. Her demonstration was very informative and we really enjoyed the food. I developed a taste for Natto thanks to Ms. Buzza.
