How to cook kale in a stir fry? [Cooking]

OK I need to make a stir fry (right now! so hopefully someone replies soon) and Joy of Cooking does not seem to cover Kale.

refashionista says that I should blanch it first but that seems like a lot of work when I'm just going to cut it up and stir fry it (with the contents of a pig's head)

Anyone? I've never cooked it before.

I've done it without blanching, but make sure you cut the leaves off the tough central ribs first.

Just to clarify, I suggested blanching because he wanted to use it all and those central ribs are like chewing rope. ;)

I do the same as blubarry - just remove the rib and toss in the leaves. You can save the ribs for vegetable stock.

Take the ribs out and add it at the very end, treat it like you would fresh spinach.

I LOVE kale! So yes, wash, remove ribs, chop however you want add to the stir fry at the end and either turn off the heat and cover or just let it go for 2 mins, it wilts fast!

I've never blanched it.....?
