September Issue of Gourmet [General]

Anybody else buy the September issue of Gourmet....it's all about the Latin food people!
I made pupusas last weekend...they weren't as good as Cabana's but hey...it WAS my first time and they were pretty good. Even my picky non-ethnic food eating neice and nephew ate them.
The ones they serve at Cabana must be cooked fresh to order because there was a noticable difference between the ones that I kept warm in the oven and the ones we scarfed down straight off the pan.
