Not sure if this has been posted but it sure looks interesting. The fennel seeds in that sausage sure look like big flavour. Wonder where in Ottawa one could get sausage like that.

Pretty sure these go by "fatties" Do a "safe" internet search and you'll get some more ideas. If you turn safe search off, you may get some non-food related ideas too :)

That's definitely a new spin on the fatty, I've made them before and love them.

They were invented by a guy on my BBQ forum, as were Atomic Buffalo Turds (ABT's), which are also fantastic with sausage stuffing inside.
