Hi, my church is hosting the annual Ten Thousand Villages sales for the next 4 weeks. The tea room is selling Borscht and desserts. The Borscht is usually pretty good but will be different each time depending who made the pot. There is usually both a vegetarian and a meat version available. This sale is part of the same organization that runs the stores. Everyone is a volunteer at the sale, the church does not make any money from it. The sales from the tea room go to to the Ottawa food bank.
