I was wondering if anyone knew anything about a new sous chef at Grill 41? I have alot of out of town friends who stay at the Lord Elgin and I heard they had a new working sous chef, but they haven't changed their website. I went for lunch a few weeks back and forgot to ask. I was wondering if anyone had heard, or had gone recently, I remember seeing them at Bon Apetit, but never thought to pay attention to the chefs, not sure if they were there, or maybe they send one of their kitchen lackeys. I'm trying to pay more attention to the chefs, and am starting to follow my favorites. Thanks
