Good brewers don't use it Captain Caper. I jokingly call it "gravy browning" :-)
I've got 2 tubs of it in my basement that a brewer from Germany sent me about 10 years ago. Never touched it.

(Cheap/Uniformed and The Nasty Big 3)Brewers use corn syrup and an adjunct to malt because: 1) it is MUCH cheaper than malt and 2) makes a beer with less taste (while hitting 5% alc/vol.) for the quaffing masses.
It can be obtained at brewer supply places like DeFalco's. goo.gl/qjBrg
There must be cheaper places than DeFalco's but this will give you an idea.

Regardless, I thought I'd ask where I could get a bucket of good old Karo syrup, or corn syrup as it is known to most of the world. I'm sure that the beer growers would have some ideas.
To be specific, I'm looking for a large pail size of corn syrup. NOT HFCS.
