I've recently picked up a couple bags of Everything bagels and noticed immediately that they had changed. They're lighter, toast differently, and to me not nearly as good as their old recipe. I had to drop the toaster setting a couple of notches as they toast much more easily now. They're not nearly as dense and chewy as the old ones. I did a search this morning and apparently they teamed up with Bob Blumer and did some research on what people like in their bagels....I'm wondering how others feel about the new recipe.
I think if they were going to do this, they should have added a new line, instead of replacing.
