Does anyone remember Steve's Pizza on Rideau from back in the mid-1970's? One of the house specialties was what they called Lebanese Pizza. It was the best pizza ever. It was a regular pizza. I can't remember what toppings it had, but on the very top it had a cheese layer. When I always asked what was in it, I was told the cheese layer had eggs and Lebanese spices mixed in. I have just bought a Lebanese 7 spice mix and am going to attempt to duplicate this from my foggy memory. Any help or comments are appreciated.
