bridgehead is still the moistest, and most flavourful i have found. it has filler though - nuts & raisins.

Hmmm......I am pretty sure I had responded to this thread the last time, but do not see myself in the list.....
My favourite Carrot Cake is from Red Apron. They keep them in the freezer (not sure if they ever sell them fresh?)
Once defrosted, it is the most moist and delicious cake with a creamy frosting that is not too sweet or too cheesy.
If I remember correctly, there are no nuts or raisins in it.
