Here are a few other myths.

*Don't eat any salt at all, it is bad for you.

False, all humans need some salt for proper functioning-just not tons of it.
Many foods actually contain natural salt-like fruits,vegetables etc.

*Alkalized water is best for you and kills all kinds of bacteria,makes the immune system stronger.
